Orders; Maximum Quantities
Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order by Slippery Elm. We may require additional information, and all orders are subject to product availability. We do not authorize the purchase of our products for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or that may otherwise appear fraudulent. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders and/or quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Additionally, we may cancel orders without notice due to insufficient supply, your noncompliance with offer terms, lack of bank authorization, system error, if your IP address is linked to a non-U.S. country, your use of a non-U.S. credit card, inability to verify your shipping address, any unforeseen problems, or for any other reason in Slippery Elm’s sole discretion.
There is a maximum quantity of 6 of any one item number per customer, per order. this restriction may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Order Processing & Tracking
It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
To track an order already placed, simply call Slippery Elm customer care at (419) 655-2018, Monday through Friday, 9am to 8pm Eastern Time and we would be happy to track your package for you.

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Slippery Elm purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. If you would like to return your product, please review the information below:
- Products returned must be ordered directly from slipelm.com.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” may not be returned.
- We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their own return policies.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.
- All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Slippery Elm is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

- If your return contains items from more than one order, the items must be returned individually with their corresponding packing slip.
- If the order you are returning contains a gift, you must return the gift to receive a refund. This includes any free samples or other promotional items that may have been included as part of the sales transaction.
The products and services displayed on slipelm.com can only be ordered and delivered within the United States and its territories and possessions. Certain products may be available in select U.S. retail locations and certain foreign markets. All prices displayed on slipelm.com are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
We accept the following types of payment: U.S. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards. PayPal is accepted for all orders except auto-delivery orders.
We charge sales tax on all orders.
